Chris Glover – Senior Director of Client Engagement with Performance Solutions by Milliken
Chris graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering, and he has more than 30 years of leadership and manufacturing experience at Milliken, spanning a variety of roles – from Production Manager and Process Improvement Leader to Quality Assurance and Plant Leader. Chris was responsible for creating the Lean Model System within Milliken and was a plant leader at our Elm City plant, leading them to become a JIPM Sustaining Prize Winner. Chris has honed his skills in the development of the Performance System across Milliken and a variety of external industries and geographies. He currently focuses on engaging with global clients to deliver sustainable improvements in operational performance through corporate operational strategy and execution, cost and project management, leadership development, and lean enterprise facilitation.
