According to Forbes, 81% of CEOs see mobile technologies as strategically important for their businesses, with socially-enabled business processes close behind. The mobile workforce is our new working reality.
Today’s employees demand flexibility – of hours, of location. But…research indicates mobile employees are more likely to feel anxious, isolated and have higher levels of technology-related frustration than office-based staff. Finding ways of truly connecting people – so they can be as productive, engaged and satisfied as possible – is key.
The question is how? BYOD removes the device adoption problem, but creates a security problem with applications that are not business approved being used for file sharing of sensitive business information.
How are digital transformation projects creating more productive, mobile enabled employees? How are businesses taking a new approach to mobile communications? What can you do to create connected, collaborative and productive employees?
