A recent survey, by MMM on pharma marketers found that brands and their agencies are not well equipped to handle this demographic. Both groups consider themselves to be at the beginner to moderate stage of the millennial-marketing maturity curve.

Jillian Flores is the Director of Planning at St. Louis, MO agency, Moosylvania. For a decade Jillian has worked to bring to life the connection between consumers across a variety of brands and categories, including healthcare, CPG and retail. She focuses on uncovering how brands can better participate in the lives of their audiences. For the past five years she has led Moosylvnia’s research initiatives, including both the millennial consumer surveys and top 100 brands, utilizing the research to formulate key insights within The Participation Game and most recently co-authoring the book Join The Brand.
Joyce Griggs is a strategic pharmaceutical marketing consultant with over 20 years of industry experience in promotional advertising, scientific and medical promotion, market conditioning, digital strategy and content strategy.
Joyce’s experience spans launches of blockbuster brands, new indications, line extensions and the revitalization of mature brands in US and global markets. Joyce adeptly creates brand solutions across all target groups: consumers, patients, caregivers, healthcare providers including deep pharmacy experience. She has a track record of shaping and formulating multichannel communication plans and innovative digital solutions to build business.
Moosylvania is an integrated brand-building agency located in St. Louis, Mo, that creates believers, not just buyers. For the past six years Moosylvania has conducted primary qualitative and quantitative research focused on understanding how and why consumers adopt brands.
