Anthony Oliva, Chief Medical Officer, Nuance

Vice President and CMO at Nuance. Dr. Oliva draws on over 15 years of CMO experience. Previously serving as CMO for Borgess Health, he continues as a Physician Executive consultant. Dr. Oliva is board certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physician Executives. He continues to practice clinically as faculty for a Family Medicine Residency Program. As CMO he personally has been involved with the implementation and expansion of clinical documentation programs since 2004.


Reid Coleman, CMIO, Nuance

Dr. Coleman is CMIO for Evidence Based Medicine, working on several projects to improve usability of EMR’s for clinicians and provide EMR and clinician tools to address changes in payment and coding including ICD-10. Prior to Nuance, Dr. Coleman was Medical Informatics Officer for Lifespan, a four hospital system in Providence RI. During his tenure, three of the Lifespan hospitals achieved HIMSS Analytics Level 6 designation and the system received full Meaningful Use funding in the first year of the program.
