Natalie Childs was the Global Process Owner of Record to Report and Capital Assets at AstraZeneca since 2011. She was responsible for ensuring continuous improvement and consistency of AstraZeneca’s R2R processes in order to drive standardisation and simplification. She led, designed, implemented and managed AZ’s finance transformation project which saw a global roll out of a world class Global Balance Sheet Reconciliation tool (provided by Trintech). This initiative produced global benefits to reduce AZ’s cost to serve by $2.5million while also improving control and compliance.
