Finance Operating Model 4.0: How market trends and client expectations are changing the game
Today Industry 4.0 is revolutionising the way we live and work. And those same driving forces – digitisation and data – are changing the game in Finance & Accounting business process outsourcing.
In the earlier scenario labour arbitrage with global delivery networks, language support and continuous improvements used to be the differentiator for companies. Today as finance executives look to become more strategic partners they need to respond to demographic shifts, changing client expectations and the rapid development of digital technologies. The new levers for driving value for finance leaders now are digital finance, automated process, actionable insights with ease of access, increased agility, enhanced customer and stakeholder experience.
Finance Operating Model 4.0 = cost benefits + quality + efficiency + actionable insights + mapped to business outcomes.
What does this mean for you? Achieving this vision means tapping into Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, Finance analytics and SaaS platforms. Developing and leveraging talent that can drive insights and manage the change. This scenario also involves an ecosystem of partners and enhanced internal coordination.
We are delighted to invite you to join Meet the Boss, WNS Global Services and a select group of fellow finance leaders as they discuss the market changes and converse on the key levers for putting customer experience at the heart of next-generation operating model.
