Dinner Discussion Points
Matthew Syed will be talking about the psychology of high performance. How to create the mindset within individuals, and at the level of organisation, that drives the pursuit of marginal gains and innovation. He will talk about the importance of converting ideas into reality and share rigorous research about why successful organisations don’t just have strong strategies, but resilient and adaptive cultures. He will also share vivid stories, personal experiences and experiments that bring this material to life
- Does your organisation have a growth mindset?
- Does your organisation have a blame culture?
- As busy leaders, do we spare enough bandwidth to think about how we might do things differently, whether harnessing new technology or anticipating new trends?
