The results: finance leaders know that digital transformation and emerging technologies are key to achieving operational excellence, digital intelligence, and business influence. Yet only 32% of respondents have made enough progress to be described as digital finance leaders.

Eric Kinnoin, VP of Finance, Oracle
Eric Kinnoin is currently the VP of finance at Oracle, leading the $20B customer and support services finance organization. This is a global role covering all regions with staff in Australia, Europe, Japan, Singapore and the US. As part of his current role, Eric is overseeing the transition from a traditional (on-prem) software model to a cloud based consumption model. He also oversees the forecasting, budgeting, etc. for this line of business. CSS includes customer support, advanced customer services, education, managed cloud services, and several other key groups for Oracle such as IT.
A 4 year veteran of Oracle, Eric previously spent 16 years at HP in a variety of businesses and functions including printing, PCs, managed services, and the enterprise business. Prior to HP, he worked at the American Funds, based in Los Angeles.
Eric holds a BA in marketing from Point Loma Nazarene University as well as a MBA from Sacramento State University. He has also completed executive education courses with the IESE business school in Barcelona and the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Outside of work, Eric’s interests include cycling and skiing as well as spending time with his wife and 3 children.
Ash Noah, Managing Director of CGMA Learning, Education & Development at Association of International Certified Professional Accountants
Ash Noah, CPA, CGMA, FCMA, is Managing Director of CGMA Learning, Education & Development at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
In this role, he engages with CFOs and Finance Leaders worldwide to understand how finance teams are evolving and guides Association’s initiatives to ensure that the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) learning content, syllabus and examinations are future-ready.
He works to make sure the CGMA designation continues to be recognized as the qualification of choice by employers and supports CGMA holders to help them create more value for their organizations in the digital age.
Ash joined the Association in 2012, and prior to that served as CFO of the International BU of TNT Express, the global transport and logistics provider and led finance teams in 45 countries through significant transformation.
Ash is a licensed U.S. CPA, a CGMA designation holder and a Fellow of CIMA. He is also an avid aviator. Ash is based in Durham, North Carolina.
