As more of the customer journey and conversation has moved online, so the demand on marketers to create more content has increased. It’s not just about publishing interesting and useful content – it’s about doing so at scale. More customers demanding an increasingly personalised experience whilst using a greater range of devices means more variations of content are needed.
Add to this mix, the supposedly impending takeover of the online ecosystem by ad-blockers and it’s no surprise that many marketers are left wondering where they should be investing their ever-more scrutinised budgets. Stuart Chapman, Partner & Co-Founder of Draper Esprit
Prior to co-founding Draper Esprit in 2005 Stuart was a partner of 3i Ventures where he was also a founding partner of their Menlo Park office. Over his 13 years at 3i he was responsible for investments in Neutec Pharma (LSE), Network Technology (LSE), The Cloud, Searchspace and Magic 4. Stuart served as a member of the BVCA Council and Chairman of the Venture Committee and before 3i he was involved in software and systems implementations in the Banking sector. Stuart currently represents Draper Esprit on the Draper Venture Network Board.
He is a graduate of Loughborough University and serves as a Board Member of the Loughborough School of Business and Economics.
Sven Lung, Content Founder & CEO of Green Park
Sven’s brainchild was BrandAlley.com, an e-commerce leader in Europe. He remained as CEO until 2012, by which point he had built the company to revenues of €150 million. In 2014, he launched Doutissima, a health and beauty media platform creating search-optimised content at high volume to generate huge traffic levels.
Applying this ‘content at scale’ approach to the marketing world, Sven launched Green Park Content in 2015 with the mission of helping brands become publishers.
