As an Avanade Digital Director, Natalie Weathers drives the growth of digital enablement to help brands deliver exceptional customer experiences that yield more scalable and repeatable business results.
Natalie is a strategically-focused business leader with a strong track record of growing profitable accounts and building successful partnerships for some of the world’s best-known brands including Nissan USA, Coca-Cola, Airbnb for Work and here at home, the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta.
Prior to joining Avanade in 2018, Natalie held leadership roles at several digital agencies including Arke, Wunderman and Critical Mass, and oversaw the management of award-winning digital transformation work. Natalie is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Development at Pepperdine University.
Stephen Boyd is an executive at Avanade where he runs the digital innovation studios in the Southeast. In this role he is oversees multiple client engagements, driving great customer and employee experiences that deliver significant business results. Prior to joining Avanade, Stephen was VP of client services at Huge where he managed several large accounts, including Airheads, Arby’s, CNN, and Lowe’s. Stephen has also spent time at BFG ad Definition 6 working with brands including Coca-Cola, Verifone, Newell Rubbermaid and La Quinta. Before Definition 6, Stephen was a principal of Luckyfish Studios—an Atlanta-based design studio that handled identity and visual design programs for The Coca-Cola Company and other leading brands. Stephen earned his MBA from Kennesaw State University and a BA in History from Davidson College.
